Travellers Marketplace (Pvt) Ltd is a travel company registered in Sri Lanka (SLTDA / SQAA / TA / 01902 · IATA Accredited). We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels and transport providers.
2. Flight search & pricing
Flight information and fares shown on this website are indicative and subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking. Prices, taxes and fees can change without notice until a booking is confirmed and paid. Where sample fares are shown for demonstration, this is indicated on the page.
3. Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or a contract of carriage. It is a request for our team to prepare options and a quotation. A booking exists only once confirmed in writing and any required payment is received.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal and travel details.
- Hold valid travel documents, visas and any required insurance.
- Comply with airline and destination requirements.
5. Liability
Travel suppliers are responsible for the services they provide. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the services we directly provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
