This policy explains how cancellations, changes and refunds are handled for bookings made through Travellers Marketplace (Pvt) Ltd.
1. Supplier terms apply
Flights, hotels and other services are subject to the cancellation and change rules of the relevant supplier (for example, the airline's fare rules). These rules are shown before you confirm and take precedence.
2. Fare types
Refundable fares can be cancelled for a refund subject to the supplier's charges. Non-refundable fares generally cannot be refunded, although taxes may sometimes be recoverable.
3. Requesting a change or cancellation
Contact us as early as possible. We will confirm the applicable supplier charges and any service fee before making any change on your behalf.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method once received from the supplier. Timelines depend on the supplier and payment provider.
