Are the fares on the site live?

Yes. Flight fares come live from our global distribution system and are indicative until confirmed. Prices and availability can change until a booking is finalised.

How do I book a flight?

Search and select your flight, then choose 'Inquire now'. A Travellers consultant will confirm the fare, answer any questions and complete the booking for you. Self-service online booking is coming soon.

Can you plan a whole trip, not just flights?

Absolutely — that's what we do best. Tell us your dates and ideas and we'll put together flights, stays, transfers and a day-by-day plan as one package. Our online Tour Plans are launching soon.

Do you help with visas?

We can guide you on requirements today, and our dedicated visa-assistance service (with document checklists and tracking) is on our roadmap.

How do I pay?

Once your trip is confirmed, we'll share secure payment options including major cards and local bank transfer. We never ask for card details by email.

Is Travellers a registered travel company?

Yes — Travellers Marketplace (Pvt) Ltd is SLTDA-registered and IATA-accredited (SQAA/TA/01902).
